Dr. Blessing C Palmberg holds an NCE, BSc. from Imo State University Nigeria. Bsc, Msc, PhD from Absalon University Slagelse and Bsc from Copenhagen University Denmark. She is an Educator, a non-profit psychologist, founder of Florence Empowerment organization and the Mbano Carnival. She is also a peace Advocate of the UN, Flag bearer and country representative for Denmark
